Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. Donations to the Friends of the Montgomery Clean City Commission Inc. are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and your contribution directly supports our mission to keep Montgomery clean and green.
100% of your donation stays in Montgomery. Funds are primarily used to:
  • Purchase cleanup supplies (heavy-duty grabbers, gloves, safety vests, and bags).
  • Support community-led cleanup events and neighborhood restoration.
  • Develop educational materials and murals to promote litter prevention.
  • Facilitate city-wide recycling programs, such as our annual Christmas Tree recycling initiative.
Absolutely! We often accept donations of cleanup supplies (new gloves, trash bags, or safety gear). If you have physical items you’d like to contribute, please contact us at 334-625-2925 to coordinate a drop-off.
Yes. When completing your donation form, there is an option to include "Dedication" information. We are happy to acknowledge your gift to the family or individual you are honoring.
